Bakersfield Area National Cemetery

Tejon Ranch Company has donated 500 acres of land just south of Highway 58 and along Highway 223 to fulfill the Veterans Administration’s need to provide all eligible United States veterans with access to Veterans Administration burial options. Unfortunately, the proposed site for the National Cemetery is already a burial site for local Native American tribes.
